Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping
We offer free shipping to United States of America.

Orders are generally processed in up to 3 Business Days. As Rings and Bracelets sizes are made to order, it can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture and ship these items.

 

Returns
We want you to have the best experience with your order. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If between 15 and 30 days, we accept only exchanges. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@mirellafaldini.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should e-mail us at customerservice@mirellafaldini.com, indicating the item(s) and reason for return. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a pre-paid label for shipping. Ensure to return the item(s) in its original packaging and securely sealed.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

Warranty
Mirella Faldini offers limited warranty for one year of the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
